- Resume Submission Service to connect candidates with industry professionals.
- Information Products such as digital guides and courses.
- Branded Materials and other goods related to career development.
2. Ordering and Payment
To engage our services, you must submit an order through our platform or via the contact form. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen offering. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Personalized Coaching Services
Due to the custom nature and allocation of resources, these services are non-refundable once scheduled. However, you may request a rescheduling at least 5 business days before your session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will not incur additional charges.
3.2 Resume Submission Service
If we fail to deliver the requested service within 14 days of submission, you may request a full return of the fee. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form with your order reference. Returns will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
3.3 Information Products
Digital guides and courses may be returned within 14 days of access if you have not downloaded more than 10% of the content. To request a return, submit a request through our contact form. Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
3.4 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. You must support the cost of return shipping. Initiate a return via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue a return to the payment method used, within 10 business days.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our offerings.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting revisions on this page. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
